Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Attach Platform or Attach Files (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Attach Platform provides private hosted workspace services for Attach Files, including versioned file storage, provenance tracking, and MCP integration for multi-agent workflows. Production packaging and deployment terms may change as the Attach Files migration completes.

Accounts & Authentication

• You must authenticate using a valid Google or GitHub account via Auth0.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions performed through API keys you generate.
• You must not share your API keys or session credentials with unauthorized parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or publish illegal content, malware, or material that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication mechanisms, or namespace isolation.
• Use the Service to scrape, spam, or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all artifacts and files you publish to Attach Files. By using the Service, you grant Attach Platform a limited license to store, process, and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our content: The Attach Platform and Attach Files names, trademarks, and proprietary code are owned by Attach. Open-source portions, where present, are licensed under their respective open-source licenses.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Availability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attach Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
